There was a time when approaching the green door that now leads to the spacious rental, you would enjoy the sound of wood being shaved and the smell of paint, as this was the workshop of the town’s carpenter Ugo Vivaldi, husband and father of the keepers. 

Long time after the passing of Ugo, the workshop has been transformed into a spacious sun drenched room that still holds many memories, like the table that is the original workbench used to create all the wood work that can still be admired around town.

 With the original exposed stone in the main living area and bathroom, the spacious room offers an immersive retreat experience with full sea views, overlooking the Marina of Riomaggiore.
